As a partnerstud of Stall Visculenhof you reserve the right to get 25% of following things.
- breedings
- imports
- any services

As the partner of Visculenhof you can use my stallions and mares for breedings with others.
You can DM me and ask for leasing the horse just for one breed with another horse.
It does not need to be the horse of the partner.

The partner can ask at non breeding seasons for a breeding.
The partner can ask at any time for an import.
Affiliates
As an affiliate of Stall Visculenhof you get 20% of following things:
- breedings
- imports
- any services

If you want to get one or more of your horses covered by one or more of our stallions, or if you want one or more of our broodmares get covered by one or more of your stallions, you agree to the following terms:
Every breeding request or offer will be hosted on the Equus Sims/Equine Exclusive forum.
Your mare/stallion has to be at least 4 years old and must have a profile on the Equus Sims main site.
You must have a stable website or an active scrapbook for your horses. The offspring you are going to get has to show up at your website or scrapbook within 4 month. Breeding information (name of our stud, name of our stallion/broodmare) has to be added if you are showing the horse at your website.
We use realistic horse genetics, so you must use them, too.
All fees have to be paid before we give you the offspring.
We will optimize the foals coat to make it realistic.
The foal will be aged up to a yearling before we will send it to you. You will get both foal and yearling files.
Every Swedish Warmblood has to keep the Prefix "V's" and no other prefix or suffix may be added.
You can choose the horse name if you want.
You have to create a horse profile on Equus Sims within two weeks after you got the horse.
When the horse reaches a certain age, please get the horse registered on Equus Sims for competitions.
You are not allowed to offer the horse or custom markings for public download.
Every offspring will come with custom markings.
You are not allowed to claim the horse as your own creation.
You are allowed to remove, add and change shine and detail markings.
You are allowed to change the shape for posing issues.
You are allowed to change, add or remove coat markings, as long as you are not changing the horses general appearance. This means you are allowed to optimize the horse, so it suits your own aesthetic preferences, but this doesn't give you the right to transform the horse into something completely different. Please be respectful.
You are allowed to change the style of mane and tail.
You are allowed to add similar white markings, if you don't have the markings the horse was created with.
If you have reasons for inactivity you can always contact us and tell us that you won't active for an unknown time. I will not take the hore back then.
Please stay active and compete at least in random shows.
If you want to sell the horse, please contact us first to see if we want to take or buy the horse back.
We reserve rights to take the horse back without refund if our terms are broken or the new owner becomes inactive for more than four months (one ES year).

TERMS OF BREEDING
Buying a horse means accepting following rules without discussion:
Every sale will be hosted on the Equus Sims/Equine Exclusive forum.
All fees have to be paid before we give you the horse.
You have to create a horse profile on Equus Sims within 2 weeks after purchase, if it's not already registered by Visculenhof.
You are not allowed to remove the Prefix or add another Prefix or Suffix.
You are not allowed to change the main site profile information, except for secondary discipline (remove or change) and barn name.
Stallions can be gelded. Geldings can not be changed back to stallions.
You are not allowed to offer the horse or custom markings for public download.
You are not allowed to claim the horse as your own creation.
It is phobited to sell the horse without talking back to Visculenhof.
